Where do you deliver?

We accept orders only from the United States.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping is absolutely free. There is a minimum purchase on the site of $125.

How long will delivery take?

Because our clothes come direct from Italy, the lead/processing time is 5 business days. Delivery is then 4-6 business days once processed, although some designer brands may take an additional 2-3 business days. We will notify you during the processing of your order if there will be additional time.  

What is your return policy?

Easy and simple. We offer free return for 30 days after receipt of your item.   If you desire to return an item, email us first to discuss and get approval (usually within one business day). Thereafter, just place your item to be returned in the mail back to us at the address indicated on the return slip (1680 Michigan Ave., Suite 700, Miami Beach, Floria 33139). Upon confirmation of receipt, we will reimburse your payment in full, with no hidden charges. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website utilizes Woocommerce for processing your order and the outside payment gateways of Paypal and Stripe.  We make website security of high importance and you can rest assured that all necessary steps have been taken to secure your data. Further information can be found on our Privacy Page

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

In the online shop, we accept payment through Paypal and most credit/debit cards, including VisaMasterCardAmerican Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

How do I search for a product?

You can search for a particular clothing item within our shop by reviewing the filters on the left sidebar of the shop page The items are divided into Categories, such as shirts, top, pants, etc. You can then refine your search by Gender (boy/girl), Season (Spring-Summer/Fall-Winter), Size, and Designer. You can erase the filters set at any time and return to the extended list of results. The products searched will always be displayed with details of the price and sizes available.

How do I add an item to my cart?

From the Shopping Page or after clicking on a certain product item, you will see the “Add to Cart” button. After picking the size you want, just click on the “Add to Cart” button. 

What is the Wish List?

By adding a product to the Wish List, you can create a list of your favourite products. You add a product to your Wish List by clicking on the heart icon when scrolling over any item. The items are then saved in the Wish List, set forth at the top of  the page. 

How do I choose the right size for my child?

Click on “Size Chart” in the bottom menu of any page and you will find a table containing a summary of our sizes and measurements in both lbs/inches and kgs/cm.

How do I know if my order was placed correctly?

After completing the checkout and purchase, you will view a message that confirms your order has been successfully sent. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. You can also enter your account area and review the status of all your orders.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No. You can make a purchase as a guest.
